I am a digital artist who specializes in 2D and 3D motion graphic animation as well as static graphic design. In order to streamline productivity, I apply scripting languages such as Python, allowing me to leverage my time by automating repetitive tasks.
Currently I work as the Graphics Hub Developer for E.W. Scripps in Tampa, FL. The Scripps Graphic Hub serves the graphic needs of all E.W. Scripps properties and affiliates by providing everything from static web and print advertising to rich interactive content for broadcast and promotion. My role includes creating animated broadcast spots and interactive Flash and Photoshop design for commercial and promotional use. In addition I play an active role in managing the web graphics pipeline, applying Python to manage, archive, and deliver static and Flash assets.
I appreciate the challenge of bringing a client’s vision to the screen and printed page while staying at the forefront of an evolving digital medium.
